本文根据塑性力学原理推导出钢柱镦粗法检测锻锤打击能量的计算公式。通过试验,对钢试件(A3)及紫铜(T2)试件的计算结果与现行的瓦特曼(紫)铜柱镦粗法计算公式相差不多,建议采用常用的低碳钢代替纯度高、价格贵的紫铜来检测锻锤的打击能量。
Based on the principle of plasticity mechanics, this paper deduces the formula for calculating the striking energy of hammer by upsetting method. Through the test, the calculated results of the steel specimen (A3) and the copper (T2) specimen are similar to those of the current Watman (purple) copper column upsetting method. It is suggested that the commonly used low carbon steel instead of the high purity, Expensive copper to detect hammer blow energy.
