目的:分析雌三醇软膏联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年3月我院收治的76例老年性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,按不同的用药方式分成两组,对照组单用雌三醇软膏,研究组联合使用乳酸菌阴道胶囊,比较两组的临床治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果:研究组的临床治疗总有效率以94.73%高于对照组的78.94%(P<0.05)。结论:雌三醇软膏联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎疗效确切。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of estriol ointment combined with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods: A total of 76 senile vaginitis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups according to the different modes of administration. In the control group, estriol ointment alone was used. In the study group, lactic acid bacteria Vaginal capsules, the two groups compared the clinical effect and adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate of clinical treatment in study group was 94.73% higher than 78.94% in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Estriol ointment combined with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule for the treatment of senile vaginitis has the exact effect.
