秋风乍起,菊黄蟹肥。又到了吃大闸蟹的好时节。9月28日是太湖阳澄湖大闸蟹的开捕日,大闸蟹开始集中上市。当天,苏州本市的大闸蟹的日交易量已达到360吨,而国庆期间的交易量则突破了450吨。相较于本市这股吃蟹浪潮,北京, 上海、杭州等地的吃蟹声势也毫不逊色。各地媒体均有大篇幅的文章报道阳澄湖大闸蟹的隆重上市。更有甚者,这股吃蟹之风在港澳台地区,甚至韩国、日本也来势汹汹。
