研究了利用烧结大烟道废气进行热风烧结时合理的废气氧含量和废气温度,利用Fluent软件模拟了不同废气氧含量和废气温度对烧结料层碳燃烧及料层温度场分布的影响。根据模拟结果,建议循环废气温度控制在300~350℃,最高不高于400℃,最低不低于250℃;循环废气中的氧含量控制在19%以上,最低不能低于17%。基于上述基础研究,对迁钢360m2烧结机实施了烧结大烟道废气循环改造,改造后循环废气氧含量达到19%,废气温度达到310℃,烧结矿质量明显改善,平均粒径提高2.25 mm。
The reasonable flue gas oxygen content and flue gas temperature were studied when using hot flue gas from sintering flue gas. Fluent software was used to simulate the influence of oxygen content and flue gas temperature on the combustion of coal and the distribution of temperature field. According to the simulation results, it is suggested that the temperature of the circulating exhaust gas should be controlled at 300-350 ℃, the maximum is not higher than 400 ℃ and the minimum is not lower than 250 ℃. The oxygen content in the circulating exhaust gas should be controlled above 19% and the minimum can not be less than 17%. Based on the above basic research, Sintering 360m2 sintering machine was used to recycle the flue gas of large flue gas cycle. After the reformation, the oxygen content of the recycled flue gas reached 19% and the exhaust gas temperature reached 310 ℃. The sinter quality improved obviously and the average particle size increased by 2.25 mm.
