重庆某库区县中学生结核病知识态度行为调查

目的了解重庆三峡库区中学生肺结核病相关知识、态度与行为现状,为开展结核病健康教育提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,在重庆市某库区县4所乡镇中学采取随机整群抽样方法,抽取1639名初一和高一学生进行肺结核病相关知识、态度、行为调查。结果中学生肺结核知识得分为(5.95±3.47),态度得分为(5.60±2.21),行为得分为(3.27±1.65)。肺结核病主要症状的知晓率为37.5%,有结核病症状后应到结防所就诊的知晓率为54.4%,治愈结核病关键在于规律服药的知晓率为50.3%。影响肺结核病相关知识、态度、行为的因素主要有性别、年级、城乡、家人是否曾患结核病、父母文化程度和家庭经济状况。结论库区中学生肺结核病相关知识、态度、行为均有待改善。应加强肺结核病相关知识的健康教育及宣传活动,促进中学生正确态度及行为的形成。 Objective To understand the status quo of TB knowledge, attitudes and behavior among middle school students in Three Gorges Reservoir in Chongqing, and to provide evidence for TB health education. Methods A questionnaire was designed by ourselves. Random sampling method was adopted in 4 townships and townships in a certain county of Chongqing to collect 1639 freshmen and sophomore students for tuberculosis-related knowledge, attitude and behavior survey. Results The TB score of middle school students was (5.95 ± 3.47), the attitude score was (5.60 ± 2.21), and the behavior score was (3.27 ± 1.65). The rate of awareness of the main symptoms of tuberculosis was 37.5%. The awareness rate of tuberculosis patients with symptoms of tuberculosis should be 54.4%. The key to cure tuberculosis was 50.3% of regular medication. The main factors influencing TB knowledge, attitude and behavior are sex, grade, urban and rural areas, whether family members have ever suffered from tuberculosis, their parents’ educational level and family economic status. Conclusion TB knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of middle school students in the reservoir area need to be improved. Health education and publicity on tuberculosis-related knowledge should be strengthened so as to promote the correct attitude and behavior of secondary school students.
