采用肠系膜上动脉夹闭法造成休克模型，观察救脱Ⅱ号注射液的药效学。结果提示本品能迅速升高肠系膜上动脉夹闭型休克家兔的血压，降低死亡率；并能明显降低休克家兔心、肝、肾的脂质过氧化物含量；减轻休克家兔心、肝、肾组织线粒体、溶酶体损伤，保护重要脏器细胞超微结构。说明救脱Ⅱ号注射液对肠系膜上动脉夹闭型休克家兔有较好的治疗作用，初步阐明药物的作用机理。
The shock model was created by the superior mesenteric artery clipping method, and the pharmacodynamics of salvacin II injection was observed. The results suggest that this product can quickly increase the blood pressure of the superior mesenteric artery clipped shock rabbits, reduce mortality; and can significantly reduce the lipid peroxide content of heart, liver and kidney in shock rabbits; reduce the shock of rabbit heart, Liver, kidney tissue mitochondria, lysosome injury, protect the ultrastructure of important organ cells. It was demonstrated that salvage II injection had better therapeutic effects on superior mesenteric artery clipped shock rabbits, and the mechanism of action of drugs was initially elucidated.
