利用电泳分析法分析,红松17个种源的酯酶同工酶的变化状况,结果表明,酯酶由3个基因位点控制,不同种源间的EST—B_3,EST—B_1,EST—A_1的基因频率有显著的差异。EST—B位点在各种源内的平均基因多样度为56.25%,范围在42.46%—66.91%。它的基因变异,6.4%在种源间,93.6%在种源内。种源间的平均遗传距离为0.09,范围在0.00—0.34,且遗传距离与地理距离有相同的趋势。种源的基因频率与基因多样度有随纬度渐变的趋势,且这种变异趋势主要由1月份的均温作用的结果。
The results showed that the esterase was controlled by three loci. EST-B 3, EST-B 1 and EST- There is a significant difference in the gene frequency of A_1.
