四川大邑县鹤鸣乡,地处中国道教发源地鹤鸣山,有丰富的石膏矿资源。乡党委、政府在年初制定发展规划中,重点抓石膏矿建设。通过对企业现状认真的调查研究。按照国家有关法律、法规,体现国家、集体、个人利益三兼顾的原则,将石膏矿改为股份合作制,此举充分调动了生产经营者的积极性,人们纷纷投资技改。目前有6个矿井恢复了生产,2个矿井正在维护,3个矿井投入了热火朝天的基建。改为股份合作制经营后的鹤鸣乡石膏矿,按照其章程经营管理,生产蒸蒸日土,企业显示出勃勃生机。预计今年产量
