构建社会主义和谐社会 是一项艰巨而伟大的任务。 完成这一伟大任务,需要进 行多方面的努力,其中一个 非常重要的方面,就是需要 不断地加强人才工作,提供 人才支撑。只有建设一支宏 大的用马克思主义武装头脑 的人才队伍,才能为构建社 会主义和谐社会提供用之不 尽的力量源泉。
Building a socialist harmonious society is a difficult and great task. In order to accomplish this great task, we must make efforts in various fields. One of the most important aspects is the need to continuously strengthen the work of personnel and provide personnel support. Only by building a vast contingent of personnel armed with Marxism can we provide an inexhaustible source of strength for building a socialist harmonious society.
