北京市园林科研所利用1983年5月拍摄的1/2000比例彩色航片进行解译,绘制了规划市区范围内树木、绿地分布图,并计算出以每公顷为单元的绿化覆盖率。树木绿地分布图是按树木投影和人工种植草坪的范围绘制的;有乔灌木和草坪重复覆盖的地方,只表示其中面积最大的一层。公园中实际绿化覆盖以外的水面和道路、广场、建筑等都不计算在内。应用这项成果分析北京的绿化现状,可看到如下一些特点:
The Beijing Garden Research Institute used the 1/2000 proportion of color aerial photographs taken in May 1983 for interpretation, mapped the distribution map of trees and green areas within the planned urban area, and calculated the green coverage per hectare. The distribution map of trees and green places is based on the projection of trees and the scope of artificially growing lawns; where there are trees covered with trees, shrubs and lawns, only the one with the largest area is shown. Water, roads, squares, and buildings other than the actual green coverage in the park are not counted.
