目的:从La蛋白共价修饰角度,分析La蛋白磷酸化与去磷酸化对其功能的影响,探讨La蛋白与HBV RNA相互作用的分子机制。方法:综述近期人La蛋白的国内外相关文献。结果:人La蛋白是HBV RNA代谢相关蛋白,使HBV RNA免受核酸降解而维持HBV的生命周期,磷酸化是La的激活方式,通过小分子封闭磷酸化位点,可能成为研制抗HBV新药的方向之一。结论:La蛋白可能作为研制抗HBV感染药物的新靶点,拥有更大的研究前景。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the influence of La protein phosphorylation and dephosphorylation on the function of La protein covalent modification, and to explore the molecular mechanism of interaction between La protein and HBV RNA. Methods: The recent literature about human La protein at home and abroad was reviewed. Results: Human La protein is a protein related to HBV RNA metabolism, which can protect HBV RNA from the degradation of nucleic acid and maintain the life cycle of HBV. Phosphorylation is the activation way of La. Human La protein may be a new anti-HBV drug by blocking the phosphorylation site One of the directions. Conclusion: La protein may serve as a new target for the development of anti-HBV drugs and has a much broader research perspective.
