With the promotion of people’s awareness of the legal system, complaints and complaints have become an important way for the masses to safeguard their rights. Complaints reporting channels are not smooth, social conflicts tend to accumulate, the corresponding social problems are easy to produce. In order to understand the complaint situation of the health supervision in Huangpu District of Shanghai, we analyzed the complaint cases handled in 2012-2014. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Sources of information In the system of reporting and reporting complaints on the integrated application platform of Shanghai’s health surveillance, the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau and the plan of Shanghai Huangpu District
