改革开放以来,随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立与完善和政治体制改革的不断推进,非公有制经济组织和新社会组织如雨后春笋般涌现。这些组织在生产、经营、服务和管理等各项工作中必然形成大量的档案,如何看待这些档案,如何帮助这些组织管理好这些档案,是档案部门亟待研究的新课题。本文试图就此作一初步探讨。 Since the reform and opening up, with the gradual establishment and perfection of the socialist market economic system and the continuous reform of the political system, non-public economic organizations and new social organizations have sprung up. These organizations inevitably form a large number of files in various fields such as production, operation, service and management. How to treat these files and how to help these organizations manage these files is a new topic that the archives department needs to study urgently.
