目的:探讨变应性鼻炎(AR)患者鼻用布地奈德治疗后嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)与肺功能的相关性。方法:按照标准选取50例中重度AR患者(AR组),50例正常者(对照组),对2组行肺功能及鼻分泌物EOS检查。AR组采用布地奈德+氯雷他定治疗3个月后再次行肺功能及EOS检查,分析两者之间的变化趋势。结果:AR组患者EOS均较对照组升高(P<0.05),且肺功能最大呼气中期流量(MMEF)与鼻分泌物EOS呈负相关(r=-0.945);治疗后AR患者EOS较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经布地奈德治疗后,AR组患者EOS下降与肺功能上升的数值变化呈正相关(r=0.803)。结论:AR患者鼻分泌物EOS越高,其肺功能下降越明显,经治疗后,AR患者鼻分泌物EOS下降越多,其肺功能改善越大。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between eosinophils (EOS) and pulmonary function in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR) treated with budesonide. Methods: Fifty patients with moderate and severe AR (AR) and 50 normal controls (control group) were selected according to the standard. EOS examination of pulmonary function and nasal secretions were performed in two groups. After 3 months of treatment with budesonide + loratadine in AR group, the lung function and EOS examination were performed again, and the trend of change between the two groups was analyzed. Results: The EOS in AR group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05), and the maximum expiratory flow of lung function (MMEF) was negatively correlated with nasal secretion EOS (r = -0.945) Before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After budesonide treatment, the decrease of EOS in AR group was positively correlated with the change of pulmonary function (r = 0.803). CONCLUSIONS: The higher the EOS of nasal secretions in patients with AR, the more obvious the decline of pulmonary function. After treatment, the more the EOS of nasal secretions in AR patients declines, the greater the improvement of lung function.
