目的:观察养阴清肺汤配合西药治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法:采用随机数字表法按照1:1比例将72例社区获得性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各36例。对照组常规采用广谱抗生素治疗,治疗组联合应用养阴清肺汤(大生地、麦冬、玄参、贝母、丹皮、炒白芍、薄荷)治疗。比较两组患者体温恢复正常时间、抗生素应用时间、药物不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组患者应用抗生素治疗时间明显缩短,联合应用两种以上抗生素比例明显下降,药物不良反应发生率降低,组间比较差异检验统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗10d后治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组,组间比较差异检验统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养阴清肺汤辅助治疗社区获得性肺炎可有效提高抗生素抗感染效果,缩短抗生素用药时间,改善患者预后。
