随着科技的发展,电已经成为人们生活当中必不可少的东西了,甚至在人们的工作还有学习中,出现停电情况的时候,工作和学习就可能要中断,因此,电力行业也引来越来越多的人关注。近年来,电力公司的数量也在不断的增加,虽然电在人们生活中是必不可少的,但是电力公司之间还是存在很大的竞争,人力资源的质量对一个公司的发展有着很重要的影响,很多电力公司已经开始重视人力资源的培训,但是这些公司往往只是重视培训的过程而已,忽视了培训效果评价研究,这样对电力公司的发展在一定程度上也会带来一些不利因素,本文就结合电力公司人力资源培训的实际情况,来分析、研究其效果评价。
