随着城市轨道交通建设规模的迅速扩大,我国已有25个城市的轨道交通建设规划获得国务院批复,预计到2015年前后,将建设87条运营线路、总里程将达2495km,总投资9886亿元,而与之相伴的是轨道交通的事故总量的不断增加。2009年12月28日8时30分起,北京地铁5号线立水桥站、惠新西街北口站先后出现故障,导致5号线列车走走停停,直到9时才最终恢复正常。同样是在这一天16时20分许,长春市位于临河街与卫星路交汇处的轻轨二期工程施工现场发生火灾,幸未造成人员伤亡。此前一天中午11时31分,长春两辆轻轨列车发生追尾,造成46人受伤。2009年12月22日5点50分,上海地铁1号线陕西南路至人民广场区间突发供电跳闸故障,造成该区列车停驶。2009年底的10天内,不仅我国多个城市发生了多起轨道交通事故,而且穿行于英吉利海峡的“欧洲之星”也生了运营问题,导致2500名旅客滞留。对于频发的轨道交通建设、运营中的事故,不仅应引起轨道交通运营管理部门的高度重视,同时也应引发社会的广泛思考,因为大众是交通的直接参与者。我们期待大家就轨道交通的安全管理问题建言。

In the 10 days ending in 2009, not only many rail accidents happened in many cities of our country, but also “Eurostar”, which runs across the English Channel, caused operational problems, leaving 2,500 passengers stranded. For frequent rail transit construction and operation accidents, not only should cause the rail transit operation and management departments attach great importance, but also should lead to widespread social thinking, because the public is a direct participant in traffic.
