五,亚硝酸异戊酯、亚硝戊酯(Amylnitrate)。为短效亚硝酸酯类血管扩张药。其作用机理与硝酸甘油相同。本药易从胸膜吸收进入血液,在肺中吸收最快,吸入后约10～30秒钟内生效,持续时间为4～8分钟。主要用于缓解心绞痛急性发作。用法:将安瓿包于薄手帕内,压破,由鼻腔吸入,每次吸入0.1～0.2mg,最大量为0.25mg。其不良反应和禁忌证与硝酸甘油相同。【制剂与规格】安瓿:0.2ml。β-受体阻滞剂一、噻吗洛尔、噻吗心安(timolol)为一种长效非选择性β-受体阻滞剂,无内源性
