2001年6月教育部印发了《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》,确定了新世纪我国教育改革的大方向,改革的核心内容是:“突破传统的教学模式,彻底改变以教师为中心、学生被动学习的教学方式,强调学生是教学的主体因素,关注学生终身学习的观念和能力的形成,促进他们的可持续发展”。在此教育政策大背景下,“导学案”这种新型教学模式应运而生,不可否认此教学模式也符合新课程标准对教学中突出学生主体的要求,但是,在实际使用中的问题也不容忽视,其中最明显的问题就在于学生。
