Toxoplasmosis is a common zoonotic parasitic disease. Toxoplasma infection during pregnancy through the placenta infect the fetus [1], resulting in teratogenic, premature birth, miscarriage and mental retardation and other adverse outcomes. At present, sulfonamides and pyrimethamine are commonly used for treatment. Since these drugs have adverse side effects on the fetus, it is urgent to find efficient and low toxicity insect-resistant drugs. In this experiment, the effect of azithromycin against Toxoplasma gondii was studied by ultrastructure
