多油层砂岩油藏经过一段时间的注水开发,普遍面临套管损坏的问题。对于套管损坏的原因,一般认为与泥岩浸水蠕变有关。在大庆油田萨中开发区,基于这一机理的套管防护措施已经实施多年,但是目前油层部位套损井数仍然居高不下。近几年,经过对套损机理的研究及防护工作的实践,搞清了导致油层部位套管损坏的剪切应力的成因,首次提出了导致油层套损的压差与应力耦合作用机理。这将对套损预防措施的制定提供有力的技术支持。

In the Sazhong Development Zone of Daqing Oilfield, casing protection measures based on this mechanism have been implemented for many years, but the number of casing damage wells in the oil field is still high at present. In recent years, after studying the mechanism of casing damage and the practice of protective work, the cause of shear stress that causes casing damage in the oil layer has been figured out, and the coupling mechanism between pressure and stress that leads to casing damage has been put forward for the first time. This will provide strong technical support for the development of hedging precautions.
