单眼复视临床较少见,偶而可由颅内疾病引起。但通常是由眼局部疾患所致,包括角膜混浊、角膜不规则和晶体油滴状白内障等。本文报告一例单眼复视患者,进行广泛的神经病学和神经放射学检查长达两年余,最后发现角膜的地图点状指纹形变性是引起单眼复视的病因。病例:男性,53岁。主诉左眼单眼复视已两年余。最初是每周至少出现2~3次垂直的重迭双影,值最近变成持续的三个重叠的影象。病人同时诉颈和肩部疼痛、疲劳、不适和压缩性头痛。患者病史中的几个因素使判断发生混淆,如先天性的弓形体病罹及右眼而出现继发性弱视和外斜
Monophasic diplopia clinical less common, and occasionally caused by intracranial disease. But usually caused by eye diseases, including corneal opacity, corneal irregularities and crystal oil-like cataracts and so on. This article reports a case of monocular diplopia in patients with extensive neurological and neuroradiological examination for more than two years, and finally found that the corneal punctate deformability of the map is the cause of monocular diplopia. Case: Male, 53 years old. Complaint left eye monocular double vision has more than two years. Initially, at least 2 to 3 overlapping double overlaps occur each week, and the value recently becomes a continuous three overlay image. The patient sues both neck and shoulder pain, fatigue, malaise and compressive headache. Several factors in the patient’s history cause confusion in the judgment, such as congenital toxoplasmosis and right eye with secondary amblyopia and exotropia
