目的:探讨长期口服不同剂量的18β-甘草次酸(glycyrrhetinic acid,GA)对大鼠血糖及血脂中三酰甘油、总胆固醇的影响。方法:将120只Wistar大鼠随机分成空白对照组30只,低(25μg/g)、中(50μg/g)、高(100μg/g)剂量甘草次酸组各30只,于18β-甘草次酸灌胃第43,99,155,211天及停药后第29天心脏采血,分别测其血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇的含量。结果:灌胃第43,99,155,211天及停药后第29天,与同时间点的空白对照组对比,低、中、高剂量组的血糖有下降趋势,但差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。灌胃第43,99,155,211天及停药后第29天,低、中、高剂量组的三酰甘油和总胆固醇与同时间点的空白对照组对比,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:长期口服不同剂量的18β-甘草次酸有降低大鼠血糖的趋势,但无统计学意义;对大鼠的三酰甘油和总胆固醇无明显影响。
Objective: To investigate the effects of long-term oral administration of different doses of 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid (GA) on triglyceride and total cholesterol in blood glucose and blood lipid of rats. Methods: 120 Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group (n = 30), low dose (25μg / g), medium dose (50μg / g) and high dose Acid gavage on the first 43,915,152,211 days and on the 29th day after stopping the heart blood, respectively, measured blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol content. Results: Compared with the blank control group at the same time point, the blood glucose of the low, medium and high dose groups showed a decreasing trend on the 43th, the 39th, the 155th, the 211th days and the 29th day after stopping the medicine, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in triglyceride and total cholesterol between the three groups at the 439th, the 15th, the 21st days after gavage and the 29th day after the withdrawal. There was no significant difference between the three groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Long-term oral administration of different doses of 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid has the tendency to reduce blood glucose in rats, but has no statistical significance. It has no obvious effect on triglyceride and total cholesterol in rats.
