Based on the Intranet technique,the design and implementation of rural area electricity Management Information System(RAEMIS)is researched.And then,a new RAEMIS with opening dynamic multimedia hypertext architecture is proposed.The advantages of new system include uniform user interface friendly,quick and accurate database accessing,and easy maintenance.
