1978年冬我们在中国科学院遗传研究所、微生物研究所和天津味精厂共同协作下,在中西医结合疗法的基础上。应用干扰素诱导剂聚肌胞(PIC)治疗出血热43例,取得一定效果,现小结于下。治疗对象和方法病例选择:按随机分配对1978年11月至1979年1月收治的出血热患者43例应用PIC治疗。并将同期病情及其它综合性治疗相似的45例,作为对照。治疗组43例中男性27例,女性16例,年龄15～58岁,平均年龄为34.7岁。对照组45例中男性29例,女性16例,年龄17～69岁,平均年龄为35.8岁。两组病例入院病日基本
The winter of 1978 we in the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Genetics, Institute of Microbiology and Tianjin MSG plant under the joint collaboration, based on the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
