自2000年教育部启动远程教育试点以来,68所网络教育学院拥有了遍布全国的250,000注册学生,开设了理工文上百个专业,资源、服务、管理和技术迅速发展,取得了前所未有的成绩,2003中国高等教育软件展和2004.年中国远程教育大会更为这些成绩提供了展现的舞台。但同时我们也看到,教育部推出了网络教育统考,启动了网上质量监管系统,暂停了个别网院的招生权;公众、媒体和用人单位对网络教育的信任一直危机四伏,有愈演愈烈的趋势;国外远程教育实力集团或大学对中国市场虎视眈眈,有些已悄无声息地空中“降落”。四年,我们有辉煌,也有迷茫,但迷茫并非坏事,因为它让我们思考,让我们找到未来的方向。
Since 2000, when the Ministry of Education launched the pilot program of distance education, 68 E-learning colleges have more than 250,000 registered students nationwide and have opened over 100 major programs in science and technology. The resources, services, management and technology have enjoyed rapid development with unprecedented achievements. 2003 China Higher Education Software Show and 2004. China Distance Education Conference provides a stage for these achievements. But at the same time, we also saw that the Ministry of Education launched the online education examination system, launched the online quality supervision system and suspended the enrollment right of individual Internet institutions. The public, media and employers’ trust in online education has been in a crisis and intensified. Foreign distance education power groups or universities eyeing the Chinese market, some have quietly air “landing.” Four years, we have brilliant, but also confused, but confusion is not a bad thing, because it allows us to think, let us find the future direction.
