人事档案管理工作是人事管理工作不可缺少的一个重要组成部分,也是人事部门的一项基本职能,是推动事业单位可持续发展的基本条件之一。为了更好地管理人事档案,本文对人事档案管理工作中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出解决问题的对策,以提高档案的利用价值。
Personnel file management is an indispensable part of personnel management work, but also a basic function of the personnel department is to promote the sustainable development of institutions one of the basic conditions. In order to better manage the personnel files, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the personnel files management, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems in order to improve the value of file utilization.
