报道了单分子和双分子取代苯酚类螯合剂对超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基的清除作用及对大鼠肝线粒体辐射诱导的脂质过氧化反应的抑制作用。结果表明:取代苯酚类螯合剂具有不同程度的清除氧自由基和抗辐射脂质过氧化作用,其清除羟自由基和抑制辐射诱导的脂质过氧化作用的IC50为1x10-6mol/L,清除超氧阴离子自由基的IC50为1x10-9mol/L,其中7601(CB-MIDA)、9501、9502等螯合剂的能力最强,初步观察到其抗氧化作用的强弱与促排活性的构效相关联。
