随着健美运动在我国的广泛开展,这项融健身与娱乐为一体的运动,越来越受到人们的喜爱和欢迎,各种健美中心、健美训练班如雨后春笋般不断涌现。在初次参加健美训练的众多学员中,有的只凭一时的兴趣和新鲜感去练习,有的不知道应该练什么;有的虽然在练习时很卖力,可经过一段时间的练习,却收效甚微。所以,有的学员就此放弃了训练,以致前功尽弃,既浪费了时间,又白流了汗水。为使初练健美者少走弯路,通过科学、系统、合理、有效的方法达到健身、健美的目的,下面向初练者介绍在初练阶段应注重练习的几个方面。
