经上海市人民政府决定,原上海市闵行区和上海县已经撤销,新的闵行区已经建立。新建立的闵行区教育局作出“撤二建三”的决定,在本市教育系统的机构改革道路上率先迈出了一大步。“撤二建三”指撤去原闵行区教师进修学院和上海县教师进修学校,建立闵行区教师进修学院、闵行区教育教学研究所、闵行区师资培训中心实验基地。新建立的闵行区教育教学研究所核定编制为55人。它是教育行政部门的研究机构、咨询机构、学科教育教学业务管理机构。它有四大任务:一,开展教育科研,推广科研成果;二,总结推广教学经验,
Upon the decision of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, the original Shanghai Minhang District and Shanghai County have been withdrawn and the new Minhang District has been established. The newly established Minhang District Board of Education made the decision of “withdrawing two, building three,” and took the first major step toward institutional reform of the education system in this Municipality. “Remove two three” refers to the withdrawal of the former teachers’ training college in Minhang District and Shanghai Teachers Training School, the establishment of Minhang District Teachers Training College, Minhang District Institute of Education and Teaching, Minhang District, teacher training center experimental base. The newly established Minhang Education Research Institute approved the establishment of 55 people.
