目前国内外对侧切刃的设计探讨较多,其设计方法多以旋耕刀作原地回转为条件,满足不同滑移要求而形成诸如等角螺线、阿基米德螺线、正弦指数曲线以及直线等侧切刃曲线。由于未考虑前进运动,在理论上是不完善的,所以有必要讨论旋耕刀既回转又前进时侧切刃曲线的设计方法。 一、概述 (一)设计要求 满足农业技术要求、节省能耗、按滑切原理实现切割作业。希望有适度的滑切作用切断稿杆、草茎或土块,一旦不能立即切断时,亦能沿着刃口滑移脱出,避免缠草、堵塞,切割平稳,功率消耗少。
