冬凌草甲素(Oridonin)为对映—贝壳杉烷二萜化合物(Ent-Kaurane diterpenoid),是从盛产于河南省的冬凌草(Rabdosia Rudescens(Hemsl) Hara)中提取的有效成份之一.冬凌草甲素作为抗肿瘤药物,已在临床试用,并发现对心血管系统具有一定影响。本文观察了冬凌草甲素对麻醉家兔血流动力学作用,结果:①静脉注入冬凌草甲素后30秒,LVSP,±dp/dt max,Vpm值均开始下降,Lo缩小,t-dp/dt max延长。上述各项指标变化均在1分钟时达高峰,作用强度与剂量呈依赖关系,并随剂量增加而加大,恢复时间延长.3.0mg/kg组各项指标在给药后3分钟内基本恢复给药前水平,10.0mg/kg组各项指标在10分钟基本恢复药前水平。②静脉注入冬凌草甲素后30秒,可见HR减慢,1分
Oridonin is one of the active constituents extracted from Rabdosia Rudescens (Hemsl) Hara, which is rich in Henan province, and is an enantiomer of ent-kaurane diterpenoid. Oridonin as an antineoplastic drug has been clinically tested and found to have some effect on the cardiovascular system. In this paper, the effects of oridonin on the hemodynamics of anesthetized rabbits were observed. Results: (1) LVSP, ± dp / dt max and Vpm values all began to decrease after 30 hours of intravenous injection of oridon, -dp / dt max extension. The above indexes all reached the peak at 1 minute, the intensity of action was dose-dependent and increased with the increase of dosage, prolonging the recovery time.All the indexes of 3.0 mg / kg group basically recovered within 3 minutes after administration Pre-dose level, 10.0mg / kg group of indicators in 10 minutes to restore the level of pre-drug. ② intravenous injection of oridon after 30 seconds, we can see HR slowed down, 1 point
