以国际EPC项目风险为中介变量,构建合作与风险管理技术水平、项目绩效之间的理论关系模型,探讨合作在国际EPC项目中所起的作用。对承包海外项目较多的北京、上海、广州,以及中国承包项目所在地沙特和印尼进行问卷调查。为了对合作、风险、风险管理技术水平、项目绩效之间的关系进行实证研究,运用了结构方程模型。研究结果表明:与各利益相关者的合作可以有效地降低风险或减少风险造成的损失,进而提高项目绩效。通过加强合作,提高各参与者之间信息和资源共享的程度,对风险的承担提出合理的意见或建议,以提高风险管理技术水平,最终达到提高项目绩效的目的。
Taking the risk of international EPC project as an intermediate variable, this paper constructs a theoretical relation model between the level of cooperation and risk management technology and project performance and discusses the role of cooperation in international EPC projects. Conducted a questionnaire survey on Saudi Arabia and Indonesia, where Beijing contracted overseas projects are located, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, as well as the location of China’s contracted projects. In order to carry out an empirical study on the relationship between cooperation, risk, risk management technology and project performance, structural equation modeling was used. The results show that cooperation with various stakeholders can effectively reduce the risk or reduce the risk caused by the loss, thereby improving project performance. Through strengthening cooperation and enhancing the sharing of information and resources among all participants, we will put forward reasonable suggestions or suggestions on the assumption of risks in order to improve the technical level of risk management and ultimately achieve the goal of improving project performance.
