简介:常霄玉,44岁,是一名社区医生,现在塘河社区卫生服务站工作。她说,塘河站周围十里范围没有综合性医院,除了要完成日常工作以外,还要随时处理各种应急抢救事件。她每天7点半就上班,除了在卫生服务站里坐诊,还要穿过田畈到村民家里去看看卧床老人、慢性病患者。据统计,在大杭州范围内,目前有129个社区卫生服务中心、66个乡镇卫生院、1580个社区卫生服务站、660个村卫生室,医护人员只有14000人左右,其中社区医生5969人。
