本实验采用纯系SD雌性大鼠为实验动物,在背下部伤口上分别于手术后第1,4天,第4,7天,第7,10天和第10,13天,共4组行X线照射,每次照射6GY,两次共12GY,并分别于手术后第7,10,20,40天取材,在光镜下观察伤口胶原形态学变化。以IBAS-2000(Opton)计算机图像分析系统分析胶原密度变化。光镜下观察:胶原纤维排列紊乱,并较细;照射组的胶原平均光密度明显小于对照组。本实验研究提示:通过连续X线照射后伤口皮肤胶原纤维合成和代谢的抑制作用以手术后第7天内影响最大,第7~13天的作用也明显高于对照组。通过本实验研究提出了瘢痕疙瘩、增生性瘢痕切除后,在行放射线照射时应以第4,7天为中心,指出早期照射的重要性
In this experiment, pure SD female SD rats were used as experimental animals. On the lower back wounds, 4, 7 days, 4 days, 7 days, 7 days, 10 days and 10 days and 13 days after operation respectively, a total of 4 groups X-ray irradiation, each irradiation 6GY, twice a total of 12GY, respectively, at the 7th, 10th, 20th and 40th days after the operation, the morphology of wound collagen was observed under light microscope. Analysis of collagen density changes with IBAS-2000 (Opton) computer image analysis system. Light microscopy: Collagen fibers arranged disorder, and smaller; average optical density of irradiated group was significantly smaller than the control group. The experimental study suggests that the inhibition of collagen synthesis and metabolism of wound skin after continuous X-ray irradiation has the greatest effect on the 7th day after operation, and the effect on the 7th to 13th days is also significantly higher than that of the control group. Through this experimental study proposed keloid, hypertrophic scar excision, the line of radiation irradiation should be 4,7 days as the center, pointed out the importance of early irradiation
