通过对白色双孢蘑菇W192、W2000、AS2796、棕色蘑菇MC441、棕蘑MRC948-2等5个菌株的性能比较试验,经过对菌丝生长,子实体形态特征和产量、质量以及生物学效率的分析比较,结果表明,双孢蘑菇W2000、W192这两个菌株增产效果明显,质量佳,可作为替代AS2796的优良菌株推广使用。棕色蘑菇MC441、MRC948-2,这两个菌株产量都较高,质量较好,值得进行中试验证后推广应用。
By comparing the performance of five strains of Agaricus bisporus W192, W2000, AS2796, Brown mushroom MC441, Brown mushroom MRC948-2 and so on, the mycelial growth, the morphological characteristics of the fruiting body and the analysis of the yield, quality and biological efficiency The results showed that two strains of Agaricus bisporus W2000 and W192 had obvious effects on yield increase and good quality, which could be used as an excellent strain to replace AS2796.
