目的:通过对广西部分钩藤药材重金属和有机氯农药残留量分析,对其安全性进行评价。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法和气相色谱法分别测定9种钩藤药材17批样品的铅、镉、砷、汞、铜和六六六、滴滴涕、五氯硝基苯含量。结果:14批样品的5种重金属元素含量全部合格,3批样品的镉超标,全部样品的有机氯农药残留量合格。结论:全部样品有机氯类农药残留量和大部分样品重金属含量均在安全范围内,但有部分样品存在镉超标的安全隐患。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the safety of heavy metals and organochlorine pesticides in Uncaria macrophylla in Guangxi. Methods: The contents of lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, copper and hexacostane, DDT and pentachloronitrobenzene in nine batches of Uncaria rhynchophylla were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and gas chromatography. Results: The contents of 5 kinds of heavy metal elements in 14 batches of samples were all qualified. The cadmium in 3 batches of samples exceeded the standard, and all the residues of organochlorine pesticides in all samples were qualified. Conclusion: All the samples of organochlorine pesticide residues and most samples of heavy metal content are within the safe range, but some samples of excessive cadmium safety hazard exists.
