基础教育的基础性决定了它的发展更加需要公平,而广大农村的基础教育更加需要公平。但是,我国农村的基础教育存在着严重不公平的现象,这不仅会对农村教育和全国教育的发展产生不利的影响,而且也会制约农村、甚至是国家的可持续发展。因此,本文试图在分析农村基础教育不公平现象的基础上,探讨如何更好地解决农村基础教育的公平问题。
The basicity of basic education determines that its development needs fairness more and that the basic education in vast rural areas needs to be more fair. However, there is a serious unfairness in basic education in rural areas in our country, which will not only adversely affect the development of rural education and national education, but will also restrict the sustainable development of rural areas and even the country. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the unfairness of basic education in rural areas, this article attempts to explore how to better solve the problem of equity in rural basic education.
