孔心距的检查和分组是比较困难的。孔心距检查仪和分组仪目前我国应用的很少。本文就是为解决这一问题而提出的。 文章论述了孔心距气动量头的原理与设计提出了气动分组仪的理论计算公式。 分组仪是由浮标气动量仪、差动器、量头,管路等部分组成。气动量头的作用是把孔心距的变化量△A转换为空气流量或压力变化;差动器是把压力变化转换成位移量变化;浮标式量仪是把位移量转换浮子移动量H。从而建立了△A=f(H)的关系式。本文论述了这一关系式,并用此公式对孔心距分组仪做了详细理论计算,提出了设计计算气动分组仪的基本方法。本文最后提出光电显示和自动分组的电器线路。但这部分没有实践,仅供参考。
Hole heart rate inspection and grouping is more difficult. Hole heart rate tester and grouping instrument is currently applied in China is very small. This article is put forward to solve this problem. This paper discusses the principle and design of the hole center distance pneumatic head and puts forward the theoretical calculation formula of the pneumatic grouping machine. Grouping instrument is buoy aerodynamic instrument, differential, measuring head, piping and other components. The role of pneumatic head is to change the amount of change in the hole distance ΔA into air flow or pressure changes; differential pressure changes is converted to displacement changes; float gauge is the amount of displacement conversion float movement H. Thus establishing the relation of △ A = f (H). This paper discusses the relationship, and uses this formula to make a detailed theoretical calculation of the hole center distance grouping unit. The basic method of designing and calculating the pneumatic grouping unit is put forward. Finally, this paper presents photoelectric display and automatic grouping of electrical circuits. But this part is not practical, for reference only.
