随着我国社会主义经济的不断发展,我国民营中小企业的经济发展受到了我国的支持与鼓励,对于民营中小企业的技术创新体系建设,也受到了全社会的关注与注视。民营中小企业的技术创新体系建设能够帮助企业对自身情况更好的把握,面对不同的经营问题,技术创新体系建设也能做到迎刃而解,而在我国民营中小企业的技术创新管理中仍存在着不同的问题,影响着我国民营中小企业的整体发展,本文通过阐述我国民营中小企业现如今发展的现状,分析我国民营中小企业技术创新体系建设在发展中仍存在的问题与现象,探究提高我国民营中小企业技术创新体系建设有效性的对策与措施。
With the continuous development of our socialist economy, the economic development of private SMEs in our country has been supported and encouraged by our country. The construction of technological innovation system for private SMEs has also drawn the attention of the whole society. The construction of technological innovation system of private small and medium-sized enterprises can help enterprises grasp their own situation better. Facing different business problems, the construction of technological innovation system can be solved easily. However, there still exist some problems in the management of technological innovation of private medium and small-sized enterprises in our country Different issues affect the overall development of private SMEs in our country. This paper expounds the current development of private SMEs in our country, analyzes the problems and phenomena in the development of technological innovation system of private SMEs in our country, Countermeasures and Measures for Effectiveness of Building Technological Innovation System in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises.
