测定12例新生儿特发性呼吸窘迫症患者生后24小时内血清α_1-抗胰蛋白酶(α_1-AT)水平,胰蛋白酶抑制容量(TIC)为0.70±0.15mg/ml,α_1-AT火箭免疫电泳定量为198.75±35.62mg%,均较对照组寄养早产儿为低,差别显著。间接免疫荧光显示患者肺组织透明膜内有α_1-AF沉着,而在患者的不张肺泡和其它肺出血、肺炎、肺水肿等病变中不能检出α_1-AF沉着,提示肺透明膜病患儿生后早期血清α_1-AT的下降和α_1-AT参与肺透明膜形成过程相关。
The levels of α_1-antitrypsin (α_1-AT), tryptase inhibitory capacity (TIC) were determined as 0.70 ± 0.15 mg / ml within 24 hours after birth in 12 neonates with idiopathic respiratory distress syndrome.
