近年来,我国职业教育体系不断完善,办学模式不断创新,整个职业教育迎来了前所未有的新机遇。在研习了国外先进职业教育理念后,发现学徒制是工业革命后各国竞相采用的职教模式,而如何在当前形势下,将学徒制引入教学环节并不断完善则成了职业教育的新课题,而在“现代学徒制”的理念下,采取顶岗实习的人才培养模式,能够弥补在校生实践的短板,西安铁路职业技术学院的成功案例也充分证明了这一点。
In recent years, the system of vocational education in our country has been continuously improved and the mode of running schools has been constantly innovated. The entire vocational education ushered in an unprecedented new opportunity. After studying the concept of advanced vocational education in foreign countries, it is found that apprenticeship is a vocational education mode competed by all countries after the industrial revolution. However, under the current situation, introducing apprenticeship into teaching and continuous improvement has become a new topic of vocational education. Under the concept of “modern apprenticeship”, adopting the training mode of internship for off-the-job internships can make up the shortcomings of students in practice. The successful cases of Xi’an Railway Polytechnic also proved this point.
