随着我国经济发展拉动内需的需要,固定资产投资规模也在逐渐加大,大大小小的建筑工程在遍地开花,开花之后是否能开出理想的硕果,投资能否达到理想的经济效益和社会效益,这也是考量我们有一个怎样的施工队伍。所以科学按排工程造价不仅仅是防止投资浪费,更重要的是促进工程设计单位、建设施工单位科学管理,使工程在人力上、物力上、财力上等有限的资源能发挥最大限度的作用,以取得我们所预期的经济效益和社会效益。本文详细阐述了工程施工中工程造价控制中涉及到的各因素,以供读者参考。
As China’s economic development needs to stimulate domestic demand, the scale of investment in fixed assets is also gradually increasing. Large and small construction projects are blossoming over and over again. Whether the investment can achieve the desired economic and social benefits after blooming can be achieved. This is also a consideration of how we have a construction team. Therefore, the scientific project cost should not only prevent the waste of investment, but more importantly promote the scientific management of engineering design units and construction units so that the limited resources of human resources, material resources and financial resources can play a maximum role.
