湖北汽车挂车厂具有70年的历史,历届厂领导都十分重视企业教育,为了提高职工的思想、文化、技术素质,促进企业改革,曾举办过函授大专班、电视中专班、技校分校及高、中级技术培训班。为了适应深化改革的需要,1993年成立了厂培训中心。现有专兼职教师14人,教学场地170平方米。培训中心坚持为企业的生存发展办教育,今年以来,举办了焊工、经销人员培训班,学员达150人,直接有效地为企业服务。与此同时,还面向社会、面向职工子女办教育,举办了3个中专
