随机激励下防波板数量及组合形式对药箱液体晃动的影响

针对高地隙喷雾机自身惯量大、质心高、药箱液体晃动等特点使其在工作中易发生侧倾失稳问题,本文提出设置防波板来抑制药液晃动以提高作业车辆的侧倾稳定性方法.首先基于Fluent仿真软件,建立了不同数量、布置形式的防波板多相流模型,并建立谐波叠加法纵向三维随机路面模型;然后采用VOF法对药箱内液体晃动进行数值模拟,分析药箱防波板数量、布置形式、充液比和三向加速度因素对液体晃动动力学特性的影响.仿真结果表明:药箱防波板不同数量和不同布置形式相比于无防波板时,液体晃动对侧向冲击力平均分别降低了11%、8%,说明防波板能有效的减缓液体对药箱侧壁的冲击,使液体晃动变得平缓,进而提高了高地隙喷雾机的侧倾稳定性.
