马尾松花粉是一开发潜力很大的保健品。我国南方马尾松花粉的开发利用由于生气候条件和采集期短的限制而未能开展。研究表明:马尾松花粉处理过程中雄球花样品产生霉变主要是由于危害雄球花的害虫引起,处理过程中在保证环境卫生的同时及时剔除个别感菌体,霉变可得以控制;处理方法不同的雄球花样品,其抗霉力及出粉率差异极为显著;来自不同母株及成熟度不同的样品,其抗霉力及出粉率亦有明显区别。
Masson Pine pollen is a great potential for the development of health products. The development and utilization of pollen in southern Masson pine in southern China have not been carried out due to the limited climatic conditions and short acquisition period. The results showed that mildew in male flower samples of pollen of Masson pine was mainly caused by the pests that damage the male flower of pollen. In the process of treatment, environmental bacteria were eliminated and some of them were eliminated in time, and mildew was controlled. The results showed that there was significant difference in anti-mildew and powder yield between male and female flower samples with different methods. Samples from different mother plants and different maturity also showed significant differences in mildew resistance and flour yield.
