我省广大农村,在工农业生产全面大跃进和农民社会主义觉悟空前提高的基础上,已经胜利地实现了人民公社化。随着人民公社的建立,各地乡划都有了相应的调整,并且实现了乡社合一,乡人民委员会就是社务委员会,乡人民代表大会代表就是社员代表大会代表。因而有不少县来文请示乡、社的名称、印章等问题。现特通知如下:
The vast rural areas in our province have triumphantly realized the people’s communes based on the all-out great leap forward in the production of agriculture and industry and the unprecedented improvement in peasants’ socialist consciousness. With the establishment of the people’s commune, township planning has been adjusted accordingly, and the rural community has been unified. The township people’s committee is the social committee, and the people’s congress is the representative of the member congress. Therefore, there are quite a few letters from the county asking township and community names and seals and other issues. Now notice is as follows:
