毛泽东提出访苏的背景 毛泽东首次提出访问苏联是在1947年。当时, 人民解放战争迅速朝着有利于人民的方向发展。毛 泽东断定蒋介石的失败已经成为定局,中共中央的 首脑们开始考虑加快建国的准备工作。因此,毛泽 东在部署人民解放军转入战略进攻后,就开始考虑 如何取得苏联的理解与支持,学习苏联的建国经 验。在这种背景下,毛泽东便有了亲自到苏联并赴 东欧国家考察的心愿。
Mao Zedong’s Proposal for Visiting the Soviet Union Mao Zedong first proposed visiting the Soviet Union in 1947. At that time, the People’s Liberation War rapidly moved in the direction of being beneficial to the people. Mao Zedong concluded that the failure of Chiang Kai-shek has become a foregone conclusion. The leaders of the CPC Central Committee began to consider preparations for accelerating the founding of our nation. Therefore, after the deployment of the People’s Liberation Army into a strategic offensive, Mao Zedong began to consider how to gain the Soviet Union’s understanding and support and learn the founding experience of the Soviet Union. Against this background, Mao Zedong had the desire to go to the Soviet Union and visit Eastern European countries.
