高血压心脏重构主要为左室肥厚,神经内分泌激素参与心肌肥厚的形成过程。血管紧张素(1-7)是RAS中一种重要的活性成分,虽然都来源于血管紧张素Ⅰ,但是不同于血管紧张素Ⅱ所引发的生物学效应,具有保护心脏重构。随着血管紧张素Ⅰ向血管紧张素(1-7)转化机制的阐明以及通过药物控制血管紧张素Ⅰ向血管紧张素(1-7)而不向血管紧张素Ⅱ转化的进一步研究,将会给心血管疾病的药物治疗开拓新的思路。
