目的:为进一步规范门诊处方,提高门诊处方质量,促进合理用药,保证医疗安全。方法:随机抽取2009年门诊处方1 200张(每月100张),并通过Excel表统计汇总每月处方点评的各项指标。结果:不合格处方131张,占所有抽查处方的10.92%,其中处方用药与临床诊断不相符、用法用量不合理、联合用药不合理是处方质量管理中存在的主要问题。结论:门诊处方用药基本合理但仍存在一定问题,不合格处方中存在问题应引起医师注意并加以解决,坚持处方点评制度,使临床合理用药顺利进行。
Objective: To further standard outpatient prescriptions, improve outpatient prescription quality, promote rational drug use and ensure medical safety. Methods: A total of 1 200 outpatient prescriptions (100 cases per month) were randomly selected in 2009, and the indicators of monthly prescription reviews were summarized through Excel. Results: There were 131 unqualified prescriptions accounting for 10.92% of all randomized prescriptions. Among them, the prescribed medication was not in accordance with the clinical diagnosis, the dosage was not reasonable and the combination of unreasonable medication was the main problem in prescription quality management. Conclusion: The outpatient prescription medication is reasonable but there are still some problems. The problems in the unqualified prescription should be noticed and resolved by the physicians. The prescription review system should be adhered to so that the clinical medication can be carried out smoothly.
